CYWC has a Code of Ethics (CoE), which Youth Workers agree to abide by when becoming a member of the Collective. For more information see our 'Introduction to the Code of Ethics' page.

We aim to provide training on the CoE once every two months, please examine our training calendar to see when our upcoming Code of Ethics training will be running.$

If none of the dates that we have scheduled for Code of Ethics training are suitable for you or your group, please contact us to see if we can arrange an alternative time.

There needs to be a significant level of interest for us to consider offering alternative training dates, for instance a group of at least 15 people who wish to participate. This is because of the logistics and work involved in arranging and  running the training.

The maximum number of participants that we can accomodate for our CoE training is 30, this is to ensure the training is effective.

The CoE training can be delivered over two evenings, which can potentially be more suitable for volunteers that work during the business day.
