The Canterbury Youth Workers Collective has a Management Team, selected at each year's Annual General Meeting, made up of members of the Collective.

Chairperson - Chris Martin Chris coordinates 4YP, the Christchurch City Council's youth events project, and also runs Bluelight Canterbury for the NZ Police, providing events and social opportunities in order to help young people stay out of trouble. He began his life as a Youth Worker over 20 years ago down in Dunedin and has never looked back! Chris also runs Sound Entertainment, his own sound, lighting and DJing business. |

Deputy Chairperson - Jo Fasheun Jo works for Christchurch Refugee Resettlement Services and is our longest serving current Management Team member, having been a a part of the team for over five years. |
Treasurer - Anni Watkin Anni is the Manager of Youth & Cultural Development, an inner city youth service that engages with clients who are mostly in the Justice system. She has been involved in Youth Work for over twenty years! |

Secretary - Hamish Flynn Hamish works for the Shoreline Youth Trust in Sumner, Christchurch, running Fuse Youth Cafe, which has over 300 young people coming through the doors every week. Hamish has been a Youth Worker for longer than he cares to remember. |

Andy Balcar Andy works for Praxis Youth Work Training in Christchurch, coordinating the Certificate in Youth Work program. In addition to being on the Management Team, he is also the Chairperson of the Collective's Training Sub-Committee. |
Fesili Tongiaso-Iosefo Fesili is a graduate of Christchurch Polytechnic's National Certificate in Youth Work course, and a mother of two young children. She is passionate about the Canterbury Youth Workers Collective, and what can be achieved through it. |

Angela Williams Angela works for Child, Youth and Family as a Regional Youth Justice Coordinator. She also used to work for CYWC, as the Administrator, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
Roger Double Roger works for the YMCA's Youth Training Division as a course tutor, and is a graduate of Christchurch Polytechnic's National Certificate in Youth Work course. He is very passionate about the development of the Youth Work profession in Aotearoa New Zealand, and believes in the potential of Youth Work to make a real difference in a young person's life. |
