Membership Application Process
The process to become an individual member of the Canterbury Youth Workers Collective is as follows:
- - Attend training on our Code of Ethics
- - Apply for an interview using our membership application forms
- - Attend a membership interview
- - Sign a membership contract
The process is identical for an agency that wants to become a member of the Collective, except that an agency needs to provide more supporting documentation than an individual applicant when they send in their membership application.
We prefer for representatives of both the governance and management of a given agency to participate in the training and interview stages of the membership process.
