Who am I?
I am still searching for my whakapapa but am a seed from the trees of this whenua.
I have been working in the youth development and outdoor education sector for over 10 years.
I have extensive expierence in service delviery and management.
My supervision approach is underpinned by the youth worker code of ethics, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and current youth development research. I work in a holestic strengths based, people centred way to support you both in your professional practice and personal capacity.
As a non-binary, māori person who is not conntected to their whakapapa I am commited to gorwing my understanding of tikanga Māori and the role Te Tiriti plays within our mahi.
