I work with supervisees using a supportive and reflective approach to understand the complexities in the work, explore effective responses, and enhance one's own wellbeing. I'm a registered social worker and professional supervisor, with experience in: • Team Leadership in mental health, and early intervention services • Community and residential based mental health roles with youth and adults • Mentalisation Based Treatment for adults with emotional dysregulation • Programme oversight and delivery for children and families impacted by parental mental illness • School-based wellbeing interventions • Delivering training and presentations to school staff, parents, NGO teams, and DHB staff • Voluntary youth work roles in a faith based context
