Rerenga Awa | Canterbury Youth Workers Collective acknowledges that there are no recognised requirements for providing supervision. However, we do encourage individuals to reflect on their own professional growth and experiences to support the youth workers they will be supervising.
 

By joining our database, you should uphold a high standard of professionalism aligned with the Code of Ethics for Youth Work in Aotearoa, New Zealand. This includes maintaining confidentiality, respecting privacy, and prioritising the safety and well-being of those you supervise.
