How are you actively engaging young people in shaping your work in the areas of programmes, organisations, leadership, etc.

This session will attempt to look at this from a practice and organisation perspective, acknowledging that we need to be creating empowering spaces for young people to shape not only our own work but their own contexts. We will take a look at some practical ways to involve and unlock the power of young people.
