I am a confident, compassionate, and values-led person. I am currently training in addictions and mental health, and have over 8 years' experience supporting youth and young adults in their spiritual, emotional, and mental health.
Skilled in one-on-one and group settings across mental health and youth work contexts. Known for building deep trust with clients, offering trauma-informed support, and engaging with cultural humility. Actively working toward DAPAANZ registration and committed to bicultural practice, evidence-based care, and lifelong learning.
