Qualifications/Experience:
BSc, Secondary Teaching, Behaviour Management Training Creator and Facilitator, Speaker at Parenting Conferences.
About me:
I have a passion for supporting workers to be able to manage the behaviour of their groups to better engage in supportive relationships with the people they work with.
I have worked with children and young people for 25 plus years, in a range of environments; with at risk youth, Oscar programmes, Sunday school and youth group. I then started as a Science teacher in 2009, and had my first child 2013, and left the classroom in 2022 to start homeschooling my eldest neurodivergent child.
I have worked doing supervision for the past 5 years for youth workers, alongside facilitating workshops with not-for-profits trusts in behaviour management, code of ethics, creative teaching strategies and de-escalation.
I have also spoken at parenting conferences over the last few years.
I look forward to being able to journey with you in your professional development through hearing your joys and struggles and supporting and challenging you to see things in a new way, and expand your practice.
I do prefer to meet in person, but I am willing to meet online if that is the only option avaible to you.
God Bless!
Kelly.
