Rerenga Awa | Canterbury Youth Workers Collective has been an Incorporated Society since 1986 with a Charitable Trust status. We exist to support those who work with young people by providing professional development, networking opportunities, accountability and information and resource sharing.

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in organising events 

• Administrative Skills 

• Strong computer competency 

• Experience in using social media 

• A strong understanding of Te Triti o Waitangi and competence in Te Ao Māori 

​

This role will be executing the coordination and administrative functions for the organisation. This will include time in and out of the office, coordinating and running training and networking events for the youth development sector. Youth sector experience may be helpful, but this role does not work directly with young people.
