"Supervision is about establishing a healthy vision for yourself, your people, your mahi, and for your future. I believe in creating a transparent relationship with the supervisee that leads to growth & development. I aspire to supervise holistically seeing the practitioner and the process through various lenses. If supervision is not simultaneously encouraging, growing and challenging you, or giving you the necessary hindsight, foresight and insight you need, then we will adapt and try another way. This is a process with you and your wellbeing at the centre".
